Our Privacy Policy
Hello! We are so incredibly grateful you are here. We truly value your trust and take the protection of your personal information to heart. While using our website, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This personal information may include your name, address, phone number, and email. Please rest assured that we remain dedicated to protecting your information with the utmost care. While we take every care to keep your data safe, it's important to know that no method of online transmission or electronic storage is ever completely risk-free.
How we use your data and third-party tools
To keep our website running smoothly, take workshop sign-ups, or process payments, we use a few trusted third-party tools. They handle your data securely according to their own rules, and we never sell your personal details to anyone else.
Your studio account
If you create an account for our Event Studio, we collect the details needed to sign you in: your email address and a password, or — if you choose "Continue with Google" — the name, email address, and profile photo Google shares with us. We never see your Google password. Accounts and sign-ins are handled by Supabase, our secure hosting provider, and your session is remembered in your own browser so you don't have to sign in every time.
The work you keep in the studio
The studio exists to hold your working records: your clients' names and contact details, your events, flower recipes, pricing, proposals, and invoices. That information belongs to you. It is stored securely so only your account can read it, we never sell it or share it with other users, and we only ever look at it if you ask us for help with your account.
A gentle reminder: the client details you store in the studio are personal information too. By using the studio, you agree to add only information you're allowed to keep about your own clients.
Trials and subscriptions
We keep a simple record of your trial period and subscription status — the dates your access runs until — so the studio knows what to unlock for you. Payment arrangements are made directly with us by email (for now); we don't store card numbers on the website.
Removing your data
If you'd like your studio account and everything in it deleted, just email us at theurbanblooms@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. We'll confirm once it's done.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies, which are tiny files that help your browser remember us. You can always turn these off in your browser settings if you prefer.
Photo and image policy
We love capturing the magic of our floral designs! We occasionally share photos of our arrangements and setups on our website and social media. If you ever spot a photo of your specific event florals that you would prefer we not share publicly, just reach out and let us know. We are always happy to adjust it for you.
Policy updates
Every now and then, we might need to tweak this policy as our little business grows. We will always post the freshest version right here on this page, so feel free to check back anytime.
