Rental Terms
The rental period
Pieces are rented for one full event day. We deliver and set up at an agreed time and return at the end of the event to collect. We deliver, style, and collect. Client pickup and drop-off are not offered.
Reserving your date
A CA$150 non-refundable retainer confirms your booking and is applied to your final bill. Dates are not held without it. 50% of the remaining balance is due one month before the event; the final amount is due one week prior.
Damage deposit
A refundable CA$200 damage deposit is taken alongside the final payment and returned once the pieces have been collected and checked. All pieces remain the property of the studio at all times. Where damage or loss exceeds the deposit, a replacement fee applies.
Delivery area
We deliver within approximately 60km of Mississauga, ON, which covers Toronto, Mississauga, Milton, and most of the GTA. Delivery is quoted per order based on your venue. Orders below CA$300 may not be viable for delivery — ask us and we will tell you honestly.
Changes and cancellations
Quantities and colours can be adjusted up to three weeks before your event. The retainer is non-refundable, and cancellations within 30 days of the event require full payment. In an emergency, payments may be transferred to a rescheduled date within six months, subject to availability.
Care while in your hands
Faux florals are hardy but not indestructible. Please keep pieces away from open flame and secure them against wind if outdoors. We cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by venue handling or weather after setup.
